Which waffle maker do you use? Does it give a fully cooked waffle on both sides? Is it crisp or soft?
Hi,
I purchased my waffle maker in Germany and I’m not sure if the brand. It gives fully cooked waffle on both sides. Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside
This recipe is a winner !
Thanks Mamta!
Hi Mam
Your recipes are so inspiring. Would be helpful if you show us a small video demo of how to make a millet waffle.
Hi Vaishnavi,
Thanks for your visit. At present I am unable to share a video. Will learn and try to load in future.
Without baking soda, is possible to make ?
Hi,
Baking soda gives soft and fluffy texture. You can use egg or flaxseed gel and get a soft waffle.
