This unique dosa recipe is an easy one with require no fermentation. Horse gram has a lot of health benefits and I have shared a couple of recipes using this. Try this recipe now and include this nutritious lentil in your diet.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Little Millet
- 1 Heaped Cup Idli Rice
- 1/2 Cup Horse Gram/Kollu/ Kulthi
- 1 Tbsp Toor Dal
- 6 - 8 Red Chillies
- 1.5 Tsp Salt
- Oil for making dosa
- 1 Spring Curry Leaves
- Idli Podi to serve with
Directions:
- Wash and soak millet, rice, toor dal and horse gram together overnight. Next day morning grind along with salt and red chillies to a fine dosa batter.
- Add curry leaves and keep aside for an hour and make dosas.
- Serve along with chutney/podi.
Note:
- Any millet can be used for this recipe.
- Finely chopped onion can be added to the batter before making dosa.
