Tried out a small portion with a cup of ragi and the outcome was a tasty dish with the intense flavour of ragi,chillies,ginger and the sourness of curd. The art lies in smearing the cooked ragi batter on to the plate. Kudos to your wonderful hands on cooking new dishes with millets.
