Thenkuzhal murukku is a traditional snack item generally prepared during festival season. Rice flour is mixed with urad dal flour and spices are added before deep frying. I used multi millet flour for this recipe and it was as tasty as rice thenkuzhal and there is no difference in taste.

Karadayaan Nombu or Savitri Nombu is celebrated every year in mid March by Tamil people. Sweet and salt adais are prepared as prasad and served with butter. I have used roasted jowar flour for this recipe. Adais made with ragi and bajra flour are also equally delicious!

This is my 100th post! So sharing a traditional sweet with a twist! Made it with multi millet flour, gram flour and used palm sugar candy/Panam Kalkandu as a sweetener! The result was absolutely delicious and I assure that you just can't stop with one! Laddus are made during festivals and Pooja days and I offer these laddus and blogging achievement to Lord Shiva on this auspicious day of Shivratri!!
